Tech Theatre 1 is where every member of the Westlake Technical Entertainment Crew starts. This class is the beginning level of the Tech Theatre curriculum.

In this class students learn about the basics of lighting, audio, the counterweight system and set construction. While also learning about safety in the theatre.

Tech Theatre 2 is the advanced class of the Tech Theatre curriculum, this class follows Tech Theatre 1 in the class progression.

In this class students learn about the advanced side of lighting, audio, counterweight systems, and video as well as continuing to help with set construction.

Tech Theatre 3 was added in the 2009-2010 school year.

This class focuses on the design aspect of theatre. Students learn how to design sets and communicate the design to the rest of the organization. Last year the Tech 3 class designed the set for the musical and the set for the fall production of A Midsummer Night's Dream right along with Mrs. White.

Tech Theatre Production is a class geared towards students getting their education in a more hands on method. Students enrolled in this class are required to spend 90 hours a semester outside of class working productions.
